John Altrogge
August 9, 1952 - March 31, 2024 (Age 71)
John J. “Jack” Altrogge, 71, of Peach Bottom, entered into rest unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, March 31, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Donegan) Altrogge. He was the loving husband of Debra (Pineda) Altrogge for 28 years.
Jack had worked for Exelon Corp. as a maintenance technician for over 40 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Chris Altrogge, Kevin Altrogge, Beth Altrogge, Jamie Gerlach (Devin), Ryan Galbreath (Christina) Nate Galbreath (Amy), and Jared Galbreath (Megan); 16 grandchildren; and sisters: Kathleen Altrogge, Maria Paradiso, Patricia Bunting, and Joanne Benfer.
A Memorial Service will take place at Dewald Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 227 W. 4th St., Quarryville, PA on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The family will greet friends from 9-10 a.m.
