John Davis, age 78, of West Chester, PA, passed away on Saturday February 21, 2026 at the Southeastern Veterans Center in Spring City, PA
He was the husband of the late Joanne Davis and the loving partner of Mary Moseley.
Born May 28, 1947, in Pottstown, PA, he was the son of the late Carl T. Davis and the late Eva Kemble Davis.
John proudly served in the United States Navy as a Sonar Tracker, dedicating several years to his country with skill and commitment.
After his service, John received his associate’s degree from Penn State University in May 1982, followed by his bachelor’s degree from Alvernia University. He later worked for PJM Interconnection, where he applied his technical expertise and steady leadership throughout his career. He was respected by colleagues for his professionalism, work ethic, and dedication to excellence.
John enjoyed golf, tennis, going for rides, and photography, hobbies that reflected his active lifestyle and appreciation for both the outdoors and the art of capturing meaningful moments.
He is survived by his friend, Marguerite C. Finn of West Chester, PA.
Services and Interment will be held privately in Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown, PA.
