John Kimberlin

John H. ‘Jack’ Kimberlin, 80, of Plano, TX, formerly of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 15, 2024 in Plano. A son of the late James and Ann Barney Kimberlin, he was born in Pittsburgh on September 3, 1943. He was the Vice President of Meat Merchandising for the Scrivner Company for 36 years, retiring in 2010. He was raised in the Mt. Oliver section of Pittsburgh and lived many places through the years, including Buffalo, NY, Norman, OK, West Newton, Severence, CO and Belle Vernon. For the past year, he had resided in Plano, TX. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Courtney and Billy Lindenborn of Yukon, OK, a son and daughter-in-law, Colin and Cait Kimberlin of Severence, CO, four grandchildren, Ella and Bexley Kimberlin and Evan and Easton Lindenborn, a dear friend for the past several years, Lena Terry of Plano and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Kimberlin and a sister, Janet Pizzuti. There will be no public visitation or funeral services. Interment will be in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 1 P.M. Arrangements are entrusted to the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon.
