John Trenton Teal
May 2, 1977 - February 26, 2022 (Age 44)
McConnells, SC – Mr. John Trenton Teal, 44, went peacefully to be with Jesus on Saturday, February 26, 2022 surrounded by his wife and children.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at First Assembly of God, 1089 Edwards St, Rock Hill with Revs. Dave Morton and Allen Dawkins officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm at the church.
Born in Rock Hill, Mr. Teal was the son of Henry Lee and Judy Floyd Teal of Rock Hill. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry Lee and Gladys Riggs Teal and his maternal grandparents, Millard and Betty Morton Floyd. He was the owner of Lees Design and Landscaping and was a very talented designer. He enjoyed his work as well as hunting, fishing and going to the beach. Most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother.
Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Shannon M. Williams Teal; his children, HayLee, Cody and Preston Teal; his parents, Henry and Judy Teal; his siblings, Ricky, Crystal and Savannah (Tripp); many nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Deanna Hinson; and his father-in-law, Dale Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Teal’s name to Sparrow Ranch, c/o Ricky Teal, 4519 Wood Duck Point, York, SC 29745.
