Johnnie M. Robinson

Ms. Johnnie Mae Hart Robinson, 86, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on October 10, 2025, peacefully at her home.
She was born on February 28, 1939, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to the late Geneva (Ware) Hart and John Hart. She was also preceded in death by her beloved sons, Darin Robinson, Willie L. Robinson Jr., and Richard L. Robinson, and one grandchild, Breyon Robinson; siblings, Marshall “Tug” Hart, J. C. Hart, Walter Hart, John Hart, Jr., Sammie Hart & Bobby Hart; and sisters, Annie Dixon and Carrie B. Hart.
Ms. Robinson was educated in the Rock Hill School District and attended Fairfield School. She dedicated many years of loyal service to the Rock Hill School District, retiring from Sunset Park School, where she worked as a cook. She was respected and loved by both students and colleagues for her kindness, dedication, and warm spirit. She was a member of Weeping Mary Baptist Church, Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Known for her warm heart and generous spirit, Ms. Robinson found great joy in cooking, entertaining family and friends, and being an active member of the College Down community. Her home was always filled with laughter, good food, and love. She was the heart of her family, always ready to lend a helping hand and offer a word of encouragement.
Ms. Robinson is survived by her loving children, John L. Hart, Phillip Robinson, and Johnny Ray Robinson, all of Rock Hill, and James R. Robinson of Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also survived by one brother, John Hart Jr.; Her legacy continues through her eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish her love, wisdom, and gentle spirit.
Her warm spirit, giving heart, and gentle presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Mrs. Robinson leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and family that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
