Judith R. Lee

Judith Anderson Lee, 73, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2025, at her home in Rock Hill. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. A memorial service will be held the following day at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel as well. Inurnment will follow the service with a procession beginning at the Northwest Chapel and concluding at Grandview Memorial Park, 620 S Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC.

Judith Anderson Lee was born on May 11, 1951, to the late Dolph Simeon Rawls and Sarah Florine Burch Rawls, in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Judith was a very selfless and joyous person. She lit up every room she walked into and left a lasting impact on all those she crossed paths with. She also took her work very seriously. Judith worked for BASF for 27 years as an executive administrative assistant and retired from the company in March of 2019. In her free time, she loved to shag, spend time at the beach, and support the South Carolina Gamecocks. Her infectious and contagious smile will serve as a strong memory for all those who knew her.

Judith is survived by her children, Edward Blake Anderson (Kelly) and Ericka Anderson Laney (Tim); her grandchildren, Hunter Laney, Savannah Farmer, Ayden Anderson, Addison Laney, Jackson Anderson, and Laney Kate Anderson; her sister, Sandra Neis (Jim); and her numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her late parents; and her brothers, Mickey Rawls and Buddy Rawls.
