Julia Moreman

Julia L. Moreman, 83, of Greensburg, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born Jan. 9, 1942, in West Newton, a daughter of the late Steve and Mary (Balko) Kurutz. Prior to retirement, Julia worked as a secretary for the Westmoreland Bar Association for 24 years. She was a member of Holy Cross Parish in Youngwood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, George 'Pat' Moreman; three children, Donald B. Moreman (Tammy), Kelly R. Moreman (Randy Urbani), and Patrick A. Moreman (Michelle); two grandchildren, Harley B. Moreman and Patrick A. Moreman, II; her brother, Stephen Ray Kurutz; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton St., Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:15 a.m., Thursday, in the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m., in Holy Cross Parish, Youngwood, with the Rev. Rogelio Rodriguez, officiating.
