June Hickman James

Of Penn Hills, age 76, passed away at home on Thursday, January 9, 2025. One of five sisters and a loving Aunt to 8. June loved the arts, theater, music, and travel. She was a friend and mentor who was generous with her time and active in her community. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles James, and two sisters Arlene L. Tutt and Gretchen Joseph. Survived by sisters, Jacquelyn Mack and Janyce Jordan. June’s unconditional love and guidance will be missed. There is peace in knowing she has been reunited with her beloved Madonna at the rainbow bridge. Friends will be received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, Forest Hills Chapel, 3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Friday, Jan. 17 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, Jan. 18, at 11:00am. Burial in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
