Kathleen Pearl Pollock
October 1, 1943 - August 8, 2021 (Age 77)
Kathleen (Chadwick) Pollock passed away on August 8, 2021 after a lengthy battle with melanoma.
She was born in Donora, PA on October 1, 1943 to the late Walter (Bud) and Pearl (Evans) Chadwick. She was a 1961 graduate of Donora High School, but had been a resident of Zanesville since 1966. She worked as a nursing assistant both in Bethesda Hospital and assisted nursing facility. She was a Methodist by faith.
Survived by one brother Ronald (Kathie) Chadwick of Donora, PA, her daughter Renee (Anthony) Slabicki of Seven Hills, OH. One step daughter Sharon (James) Lowry of Fort Myers, FL; two step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Russell R. Pollock.
