Born in Pottstown on October 17, 1950, Kay was the beloved daughter of the late Lewis Thomas Bailey and Elva Mae (Frain) Bailey.

Kay was a graduate of Pottstown High School and spent much of her life caring for others. She worked as an aide within the Pottsgrove School District, where she lovingly supported children, and later devoted herself to helping elderly neighbors and friends with the same compassion and kindness that defined her life.

Kay had a vibrant spirit and a love for all things fashion and beauty. She adored jewelry, makeup, hair, and putting together the perfect outfit, always carrying herself with elegance and style. She also enjoyed cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, watching Lifetime movies, and trying her luck playing the lottery. Above all else, Kay treasured spending time with her friends and family, especially her beloved daughter, Megan, who was the center of her world.

Kay will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ray; her daughter, Megan Lazowicki; her siblings, Carolyn Lawler and Richard Bailey and his wife, Diane; as well as many nieces, nephews, and her goddaughter, Rhonda, who held a very special place in her heart. She is also survived by her adored granddog, Aidan, and grandcat, Callisto.

In addition to her parents, Kay was predeceased by her siblings, Tom Bailey, Harry Bailey, David Bailey, Janet Dames, and Elva Cioa. She was also preceded in death by her siblings-in-law, Mark Lawler, Cheryl Bailey, and Joe Cioa.
