Kay Louise Frame

Kay Louise Frame, 63, passed away on July 3, 2021 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.
She was born in Zanesville on December 8, 1957 to the late William and Julia Moore Puterbaugh. Kay was a homemaker and enjoyed puzzles and her dogs. Her family was her life.
She is survived by three children: Terry (Sherry) Frame, Tom (Misty) Frame, and Trent (Tyler) Frame, a brother Robert Puterbaugh, a sister Sallie Ann Puterbaugh, 11 Grandchildren: Daneille Frame, Brent Frame, Jacob Hawk, David Hawk, Katie Hawk, Ashley Blankenship, Laken Keiffer, Joshua Frame, Landon Frame, Logan Frame, and Hunter Edwards, and several great- grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Terry Frame, a brother James Sieliet and two sisters Sheila Puterbaugh and Judy Ann Purdum.
Visitation will be from 11A.M. to 1P.M. on Thursday July 8 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. The Funeral will follow at 1P.M. in The Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Belle Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial Gifts may be given to the family.
