Frances "Kelly" Ellen Fisher, 99 of Zanesville died at 3:45 A.M. Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the Primrose Retirement Community.
She was born on Wednesday, September 19, 1923 in Zanesville, Ohio the daughter of the late John Williams and Mary Urban Williams.
Kelly was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church, Card Club and Eastern Star. She was a 1941 graduate of Lash High School. She loved gardening, traveling and dancing. Kelly worked as a Dental assistant and office manager for Dean Stimpson, DDS and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War Axillary. She loved her family, especially her grandkids.
She is survived by two children, Sheryle Hardcastle and Rob (Bonnie) Fisher; four grandchildren, Rian Hardcastle, Kari (Matt) Culberson, Adam Fisher and Matthew Fisher; great grandchildren, Brent Barnes; great great grandchildren, Julian Fisher, Orly Culberson, Millie Culberson, Leo Barnes; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Kelly was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" L. Fisher Sr.; siblings, Jack Williams and Bonnie Jean McPeek.
Friends may call 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park.
