Kelsee K. Cooke, 31 of Donora, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday November 7, 2024 J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born September 29, 1993 in Monongahela, she is the daughter of Lon R. Cooke III and wife Ann of McClellantown and Amy and husband Christopher Thorpe of Carroll Twp.. A 2012 graduate of Ringgold High School, she earned her degree in business from CCAC. Following graduation she began working as a dealer at the Meadows Casino and the Casino at Nemacolin working her way up to the Casino floor at the Live Casino in Greensburg. Kelsee had been currently working as a caregiver for Better is Better LLC Home Care in Monessen. Family meant everything to her, in addition to her parents she is survived by a brother Zachary (Sydney) Cooke of New Eagle and a sister Brittney (Zachary) Banai of Finleyville; her maternal grandmother Susan Smith of Donora and her paternal grandmother Martha Cooke of Charleroi. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Robert Smith and a paternal grandfather Lon R. Cooke Jr.. Friends will be received at the Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767 from 4-8 Monday November 11, 2024, where services will be held at 10:00am Tuesday with Pastor Jeffrey Martin officiating. Interment will be held at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
