Corriganville, MD – Kenneth Ray Kline, 68, of Corriganville, MD, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born June 15, 1952, in Cumberland, MD, Mr. Kline was the son of the late Lloyd Wesley Kline and Marybell Lydia (Leister) Kline. He was also preceded in death by his brother: Lloyd W. “Butch” Kline, Jr.
Kenny was a graduate of Mount Savage High School, Class of 1970, where he excelled at sports and was an outstanding athlete. He was a member of the Army Reserves, and worked at the family business, Kline’s Restaurant, for most of his career. In his later years, Kenny enjoyed being one of “the guys” at Corriganville Auto. Kenny was a former Little League and Hot Stove Baseball coach for many years. For many years, he really enjoyed watching his granddaughters participate in sports and activities
Kenny is survived by his sons: Gregory David Kline and wife, Kara, Cresaptown; and Steven Lloyd Kline and friend, Erica Thomasson, Richmond, VA. He also is survived by his granddaughters: Lydia and Madelyn Kline; his sisters: Barbara Thrasher and husband, Ernie; and Judy Schroyer and husband, David; his brother: Gary Kline and wife, Lori; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Keith Cain officiating.
