Kenneth Travis Briggs

Sunrise 5/13/1959 - Sunset 1/31/2024

Ken was born in Elmira, NY - he was the youngest of 4 children.

He attended Cortland Community College & worked in Office Installations for over

27 years prior to being struck with illness.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid lover of Nascar. Ken also enjoyed

watching classic movies. In addition to playing checkers, he was a true James Brown and

Frankie Beverly & Maze fan. His favorite songs were “Papa Don't Take no Mess” and

“We Are One”

Ken leaves behind to cherish his memory his long-term friend and wife of 34 years, children,

grandchildren, extended family and friends, as well as former co-workers.

One of the things which we all will miss dearly are the holiday breakfast muffins he would make

that we called “GrandDaddy McMuffins”.

To all who will not be in attendance per immediate family request, we appreciate and ask for

forgiveness. We hope you understand as we mourn his passing.
