Larry Bowshier

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved brother, Larry Bowshier, Age 68 who entered into heaven on October 27, 2025. Larry was not only a brother but one of my best friends and confidants. Growing up, we shared countless adventures, from camping and fishing in our younger years to traveling south to visit our parents the last 20 plus years. Larry had an infectious laugh and a heart of gold, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.

Larry is preceded in death by wife Kathy Bowshier, Parents Wilbur and Doris Bowshier, Son Larry Bowshier Jr, Sister Deborah Rigsby, brother Kevin Bowshier and Brothers-In-Law Clarence McCoy, and Gilbert Rigsby, and Grandson Brandon Williams.

He is survived by his sister Christine McCoy, his beloved companion Rhonda Gibson, 3 granddaughters Becky, Amanda, and Anna Bowshier, grandson Jaycob Bowshier, 3 great grandchildren, step daughter Stephanie Ramirez with her sons Paul Ramirez and Conner Foreman, Uncles Lonnie Derouaux and Alphonse Derouaux, several nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of family and friends. Additionally, Larry also leaves behind his co-workers and friends he made at Millwood Inc. a Columbus company.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 3, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. where service will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Wayne Gray Officiating. Interment Franklins Hills Cemetery.
