Louis Billings

Louis Robert (Bob) Billings entered into his heavenly rest on March 23, 2026. He was born to Earl Robert and Minnie Elma (Atwood) Billings on April 30, 1935 in Squire, West Virginia. He was an equipment operator and concrete finisher “extraordinaire”. He retired from the Don Casto Organization and General Temperature Control. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Helen Joanne Billings and his great-grandson, Landon Brown. He is survived by his three children who were blessed to have him as their father, Elaine (Randy) Grover, Bob (Brenda) Billings and Brian (Teresa) Billings. He was “Pap” to his grandchildren, Jenni (Matt) Burris, Adam (Rachel) Grover, Justin Billings, Rebecca (Jason) Morrison, Ryan (Amanda) Grover, Jamie (Bryan) Richardson, Brian Jr. (Michal) Billings and Megan (Ryan) Brown.

He was a beloved “Great-Pap” to Taylor (Roman) Johnson, Madison (fiancé Lucas Elizondo) Burris, Haylee Burris, Lauren Morrison, Levi Brown, Bryan Louis Richardson, Jase Morrison, Blayne Richardson, Alexis Brown, Emma Morrison, Zoe Grover, Avery Grover, Joshua Grover and Brian Billlings III.

He is also survived by his siblings: Freeda Baldwin, Shelby Sage, Juanita Mitchell, Janice Johnson, Nadine Barnett and Ronnie (Marie) Billings and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, Ohio at 12:00pm on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Family viewing will be at 11:00am. Pastor Bobby Smith will be officiating.
