Lucille A. Bowers

Lucille “Lucy” Mills Bowers, 96, of Zanesville, died at 5:36 A.M. Monday, July 11, 2022 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. She was born August 3, 1925, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Albert and Clara Cash Mills. Lucy worked for Brockway Glass for twenty years was an avid bowler and bowled in two senior leagues.
Surviving are a nephew, Chuck (Laura) Deal and many great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren D. “Warrenie” Bowers, who died October 18, 2019 and five brothers and one sister.
Friends and family may call from 5-7 P.M. Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 14, 2022 with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Warren, at Zanesville Memorial Park, Zanesville.
