Manuel P. Giuliano

November 3, 1931 - August 5, 2025 (Age 93)

Manuel Giuliano, 93, went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at his home in Rock Hill, SC.

Mr. Giuliano was born on November 3, 1931, to the late Peter Giuliano and Alice DeCosta in Hartford, Connecticut. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and served in the 3rd division of the 65th infantry unit during the Korean War. Mr. Giuliano was he was awarded the Bronze Star-V for Valor medal for his honorable and faithful service. In his pastime, he loved the New York Football Giants, the New York Yankees, and his idol, Joe DiMaggio. He was also a life member of the Knights of Columbus, and always loved interacting and telling old stories with others.

He is survived by his loving wife, Yvette Giuliano; his sons, Steven Giuliano, Thomas Giuliano, and Michael Giuliano and wife, Tania; his daughter, Maria Stepka and husband, Joseph; his grandchildren, Luke, Gabriel, Sophia, Christian, Diana, and Christina; his numerous nieces and nephews; his fellow veteran and good friend, Dave Shiple, his good friend, Lisa Hall, and his pet cat, Sophie.

He was preceded in death by his son, Martin Manuel Giuliano; his siblings, Maryanne Vasquez, Rosemarie, and Angela Klett.

A funeral mass will be held for Manuel Giuliano at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 902 Crawford Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The family will receive visitors at the Church prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM on Tuesday. Burial will follow the service at Grandview Memorial Park – Hollis Lakes, 401 Hollis Lakes Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
