Margaret Ann Milen, age 85, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Born on February 10, 1940, in Warren, Ohio, Margaret was a bright and dedicated student who graduated from Howland High School in 1958 with straight A's throughout her academic career. Her commitment to excellence and quiet determination were evident from an early age and remained hallmarks of her character throughout her life.

Margaret was a devoted wife to her late husband, William "Dal" Milen. Together they built a life centered around love, family, and faith. She was preceded in death by Dal and their four beloved sons: Ronald Dale, William "Ricky," Christopher Robert, and David "Randy." Despite the profound losses she endured, Margaret carried herself with unwavering grace and dignity. She also leaves behind her beloved cat Dixie.

She leaves behind two loving daughters: Kelly Casteen (Jeff) and Colleen Milen. Her legacy also lives on through her seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Margaret cherished every moment spent with her family and friends. Her home was often filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting presence of someone who truly cared.

A woman of deep faith, Margaret was a longtime member of Idlewild Baptist Church. Her spiritual life was a source of strength and guidance for her and those around her. She found joy in attending services and being part of the church community.

Margaret had a passion for reading and solving puzzles-activities that reflected her sharp mind and love for learning. She also enjoyed traveling, always eager to explore new places while creating lasting memories with those she loved most.

Above all else, Margaret will be remembered as a loving and compassionate person who lived for her family. Her kindness touched many lives, and her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her.

May her memory bring comfort to all who mourn her passing. A Visitation will be held on July 11, 2025, from 01:00 PM to 01:45 PM at Idlewild Baptist Church 12701 Idlewild rd . There will be a memorial service directly following the visitation.
