Margaret K. Quay

Margaret K. (Kramer) Quay, 93, wife of Albert M. Quay of Pottstown passed away on Monday October 5, 2026 at the Peter Becker Community, Harleysville.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Kramer and the late Florence (Fowler) Kramer.
She was a graduate of Ursinus College.
Margaret was a teacher in the Philadelphia School District and later became a teacher's aide at Franklin Elementary School, Pottstown, retiring in 2020.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Pottstown, Women's Club, Pottstown, former member of Eastern Star, Pottstown. She loved to travel and her favorite hobby was scrapbooking. She was also an avid Flyers, Phillies and Eagles fan.
She is survived by two sons, Daniel A. husband of Jamie Quay, Lewes, DE, Paul Quay fiancé of Judy Bransfield, Bechtelsville; a daughter in law, Deanna Quay, Allentown, eight grandchildren, Heather Quay, Kristina Quay, Eric Quay, Liesel Quay, Dylan Quay, Kaitlyn Quay-Jimenez wife of Jeffrey, Sarah Quay, Noelle Quay and two great grandchildren, Emma Diefenderfer, Stella McCann. She was predeceased by two sons, Jeffrey Quay and David Quay.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. on Friday October 9, 2026, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 927 N. Franklin Street, Pottstown. Officiating will be Reverend Donald Epps. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the church. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.
