Marie Graham

Rock Hill, SC – Marie DeJohn Graham, 87, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
Marie was born on June 4, 1937, in Newark, New Jersey, to the late Mary and Rocco DeJohn. During her life, Marie was a devout Catholic, a dedicated teacher of 29 years, and a proud member of Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University in 1959 and achieved her master’s degree from Indiana State University in 1971. She adored her hometown of Maplewood, New Jersey, and will be dearly missed by her family.
She is survived by her brother, Joe DeJohn (Maryellen); her son, Jeff Graham (Annette); her grandson, Benjamin Graham; her granddaughters, Sandy (fiancé Brad Miller) and Anna Graham; two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her late parents, Marie is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William D. Graham; her son, William D. Graham Jr.; and her brother, Patrick DeJohn.
A funeral service will be held for Marie at 12:00 PM on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church, 1698 Bird St, Rock Hill, SC 29730, with the family receiving friends prior to the service beginning at 11:00 AM.
