Marteni “Toni” Mary Mayo, 77, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
Born April 16, 1947, in Cumberland, Toni loved helping others, reading her bible and going to church at Independence Faith Baptist in Frostburg. She loved spending her time with family.
Surviving are her son, Roy Steele and daughters, Melissa Pierre and Sonya Steele; five grandchildren, Christopher Scott, Shawnta Harris, Dakota Burns, Andrew Lockley and Anthony Steele; eleven great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Also surviving are siblings; Sherri Weasenforth, Frank McKenzie Jr., Kenny Grabenstein, and Michael Grabenstein.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 11:00 to 12:00; the funeral service will follow at 12:00 with the Rev. Larry Burkholder officiating.
Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
