Marvin Randall McCall
June 17, 1942 - January 15, 2023 (Age 80)
Marvin “Randy” Randall McCall, 80, passed away peacefully on January 15th, 2023, with the love of his family. He was born on June 17th, 1942 in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late Mabel Ann Miller and Marvin Fleming McCall. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a proud veteran.
Randy retired after a 50-year career in the automobile industry. He owned and operated Direct Express Auto Sales in Charlotte for over 25 years. Randy enjoyed fishing, dancing, and spending time with his daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was a loving and dedicated father, grandfather, and great grandfather who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughters, Kim Miller, Tammy Padgett, Tracy Kiser and husband Spencer, Jessica Russell, Whitney Kidd and husband Jeff; grandchildren, Dawn Capps (Mike), David Miller (Misa), Kristin Miller, Drake Miller, Logan Padgett, Randy Miller, Lauren Page (Ryan), Kaitlyn Miller, Coleson Kiser, Nalani Watson, Maylen Kidd, and expecting grandchild; great grandchildren, Conami Miller, Raylyn Santabarbara, and Athena Miller; a sister, Judy Short; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his, parents and two brothers, Jerry, and Richard McCall.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Levine Cancer Institute, for there compassion and care over the past year.
The service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday January 18th, 2023 at McEwen Funeral Service Mint Hill Chapel 7428 Matthews Mint Hill Road Mint Hill, North Carolina 28227. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM prior to the service.
