Mary E. Warren
December 4, 1960 – August 9, 2026 (Age 65)
Mary Earlene Warren, age 65, of Denver, North Carolina, passed away on August 9, 2026, at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in Heaven.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Smith; her father, Earl Warren; her sister, Shirley Warskow; and her brothers, Mike Warren and Roger Rape.
Mary was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on December 4. 1960. She attended Garinger High School and later worked at Universal Rubber for most of her career.
She was an extremely hard-working woman who worked to provide for her family. Mary was the matriarch of the family. She was someone everyone looked to for support and depended on, as she was nothing short of reliable.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother and the heart of her family. At every turn, she sought to support and be there for her children and grandchildren, often going above and beyond to express her love for them. Mary was a superhero without a cape.
When she was not working to provide for and support others, she enjoyed tending her garden, which was peaceful and comforting to her soul, and cooking gourmet meals for the family, especially during the holidays when family members would visit just for her cooking. During these get-togethers, she would constantly crack jokes and was the life of whatever environment she was in. Her smile was unlike any other and was extremely contagious. Mary always wanted to see others smile.
She often visited various farmers’ markets to find fresh vegetables and used them in her cooking, going so far as to grow her own. She also attended yard sales, looking to furnish her home and make it feel welcoming and inviting. Mary was also a praying woman who not only worked to provide for others but was often praying for them as well.
She is survived by her significant other, Quinton Maynor; her daughter, Quiliasha Warren; her son, Quinton “Geronimo” Warren; her sister, Donna Raborm; her brother, Doug Warren; and her two grandchildren, Bishop Degree and Kayden Warren, whom she loved with all her heart.
