July 5, 1938 - September 2, 2025 (Age 87)

Mary Edna (Weaver) Wilkins, 87, of Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at UPMC – Western Maryland.

Born July 5, 1938, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Effie Alice (Boone) Weaver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Wilkins.

Mary was retired from Biederlack and was a childcare provider for many years.

Mary enjoyed Westerns and the company of her family and friends.

Mary is survived by her daughters, Sharon Boal (John), Mona Lee (Bryan) and Robin Fletcher (Eric); son, Charles “JR” Wilkins, II (Paula); grandchildren, Jessica Hardy, Elizabeth Lee, Jacob Lee, Kara Piper, Brandon Wilkins, Peyton Davidson and Emily Elkins; great-grandchildren, Tanner Troxell, Makenna Troxell, Abigayle Hardy, Ansen and Atticus Carder, Avery Lee, Zaylen and Mia Piper; and her siblings, her twin, John Edward Weaver, Sharon Lee Blacker, and Jeffrey Lynn Weaver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 11:00 am with Pastor Seth Wharton officiating.

Interment will be in the Restlawn Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Alex Hardy, Tanner Troxell, Brandon Wilkins, Jacob Lee, Bryan Lee, Peyton Davidson, and John Boal.
