Mary Jane Bayko

Mary Jane (Shusteric) Bayko, 90, of North Huntingdon, died Monday December 23, 2024. She was born July 26, 1934 in Adderly a daughter of the late John and Florence (Sargo) Shusteric and was also preceded in death by her husband Rudy Bayko, a daughter Janet “Natalka” Bayko and siblings Sonny Shusteric and Lorraine Sigmund. Mary Jane retired as a nurse’s assistant and secretary at Mercy Hospital after 50 years’ service. She enjoyed playing bingo at the East Pittsburgh Moose, liked to travel especially visiting family in Lewes, DE, and in her younger days liked going to Keystone Lake. Most of all she enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her children Ralph W. Bayko (Lisa) of Lewes, De, and Robert Bayko of Greensburg; 8 grandchildren Zolton, Zorahna, Sklyler, William, Terence, Michael, Lee Raphael, and SYM; 4 great grandchildren Cameron, Xavier, Jules, and Cassidy; nieces and nephews including Lorie, Vickie, Valerie, Johnny, Tony, and Michael; and cousins Sonny Bayko and Joann Bayko. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin. Private interment will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
