Mary Lucot

Mary Lucot, age 90, of North Huntingdon, passed away February 25, 2024 at her son's home in Penn Hills. She was born on October 11, 1933 in Minnesota, a daughter of the late John and Mary Lohlein Peterson. Mary was a member of St. Agnes Church and was employed as a Dental Assistant prior to her retirement. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed sewing, and loved to bake. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband James Lucot. She is survived by three sons, John and his wife, Cathy, Jim and his wife, Annette, and Michael; brother Charles Vasko; four grandchildren, Jeremy, John (Heather), Joshua (Keren), Autumn (David); eight great-grandchildren, Micah, Haylee, Garrett, Holly, Carter, Ava, Aaron, and Ashley; great-great-granddaughter Charlotte; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA. A blessing service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1 P.M. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Cemetery.
