Mary Milowicki

Mary I. “Myrd” (Kirchartz) Milowicki,96, of Greensburg, died Thursday, January 18, 2024, at her home. She was born December 26, 1927, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Frank and Isabelle (Hess) Kirchartz. Mary began her career at Hornes Department Store in Pittsburgh before becoming a supervisor in the fabric department of Hornes in Greengate Mall. She was an expert seamstress! She was a member of Our lady of Grace Church, Greensburg. Other than her family, Mary’s great love was the Steelers organization- which includes many personal friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter P. Milowicki; daughter, Rebecca Lynn Milowicki; and brother, Frank Kirchartz. She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Ellen Tiberio and Patricia A. Fredo; son, Paul R. Milowicki (Terry); six grandchildren, Michael Tiberio (Belinda), Daniel Tiberio, Debra Miller (Jeff), Lee Fredo, Joel Milowicki (Mia), and Jesse Milowicki (Maggie); 12 great- grandchildren, Keenan, Neve, Kaylynn, Walter, Katie, Matisyn, Isabella, Andrew, JP, Giada, Jace, Evelyn, and expected great- grandson, Alexander; life time and dearest friend, Marcia Little; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Monday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, Greensburg. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park
