Michael A. Yantek
June 30, 1946 – August 6, 2026 (Age 80)
80, of Arnold, died Thursday August 6, 2026. He was born in Charleroi, PA on June 30, 1946 to the late John R. and Sue Hlavko Yantek and has been a resident of Arnold since 1972.
Mr. Yantek worked as an industrial arts teacher for the New Kensington/Arnold School District for 35 years until retiring. He was a member of the Lutheran Faith and enjoyed biking and going to the beach.
He is survived by his lifetime partner Patricia Magoulis of Lower Burrell and close lifelong friend Barry (Marianne) Kopnicky of Chads Ford, PA.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his two brothers Robert Yantek and John E. Yantek Sr.
Patricia would like thank home healthcare nurse Jess Chronick as well as the Allegheny Health Network Hospice for all of their help and support.
Friends will be received Monday from 10 AM until time of funeral service at noon by The Rev. Dr. Scott Dennis at THE RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Rd. at Alder St. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
