Michael Wayne Oxier

Michael W. "Mike" Oxier of Canton, Ohio passed away on March 10th, 2022. He was born to the late Wayne and Ruby Oxier (Crites) on December 9th, 1958. He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Nancy Oxier and Mary Street. Brothers; Robert Griffin, Olin Griffin, and Steve Oxier. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Christine Oxier (Dunham), children; Jodi (Steve) Patterson, Tausha Oxier, Michael Oxier Jr., grandchildren; Kristina Courtney, Steve Patterson, Willie Baker Jr., JoAnn Oxier, brothers; James William (Vicki) Griffin and Ron (Sharon) Oxier, sisters; Carol (Bob) Mosley, Donna (Mike) Hammerling, and Cathy Oxier, and many nieces and nephews. Michael's passion was camping and being in the great outdoors. He was a lover of stock car racing, NASCAR, and wrestling. But most importantly, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all those he loved.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 17th, 2022 from 10AM to 11AM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel, 705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710. Service will follow at 11AM.
