CUMBERLAND -- Michele Renee Coleman, 56, of Cumberland, Maryland, passed away in the early morning of November 26, 2021. She passed peacefully while under sedation in the ICU of UPMC. Michele graduated from Allegany High School in 1983 where she was an Arrowette for three years and then attended Allegany College of Maryland. After college, she became an Administrative Assistant at the Finan Center where her joyous laugh was contagious and could be heard filling the halls. She then retired after a courageous battle with cancer to focus on her family.

Michele was born on May 18, 1965 in Cumberland, Maryland. She loved all things Disney. Every time she could bring her family to see a Disney movie her eyes lit up with a wonder and amazement. She loved her dogs, Chloe and Bandit, more than many people and went as far as considering them her own children. She would wrap their presents on Christmas and even helped teach them how to rip the wrapping paper to reach their gifts. Christmas was her favorite time of year when she could be closest to her family. She was an EMT at Cresaptown Fire Dept and loved helping others. She will be missed and her memory will live on.

Michele is preceded in death by her mother Eleanor (Osbourne) Campbell and her brother George Campbell Jr. She is survived by her son, Camden Coleman; her parents, George and Penny Campbell; her ex-husband, James Coleman; her step-siblings, Mark Aldridge and his wife Brenda, James Aldridge Jr, and Penny Schroyer; her special cousins, Linda Campbell, Karen Howsare; her aunt and uncle, Sonja Osbourne, uncle Glen (Ozie) Osbourne; her loving pets Chloe Coleman and Bandit Coleman; and other remaining family.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. Flowers and Condolences may be offered at 13903 Winchester Rd SW., Cumberland, MD 21502.
