Nancy E. Puz

Nancy E. Puz, 83, of Lower Burrell, died Sunday September 13, 2026 in Rosebrook Senior Living, Sarver. She was born on July 30, 1943 to the late Eugene and Mary Ross Donelson and had been a resident of the local area the majority of her life.
Mrs. Puz was a member of St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church, Lower Burrell and worked as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration. She enjoyed crocheting lap blankets for Veterans, crafts, camping, going on her late husband’s charter boat trips on Lake Erie and swimming.
She is survived by her daughter Tonya (Dan) Reese of Acme, son Brian (Susie) Puz of Sarver, and two grandchildren Dani Kaye and Hannah Reese.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Captain John Robert “Sonny” Puz Jr.
Friends will be received Thursday from 6-8 PM at THE RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Rd. at Alder St. where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Greenwood Mausoleum, Lower Burrell.
