Nancy Lou Horton
March 31, 1940 - June 28, 2021 (Age 81)
Nancy Lou Horton, 81, of Manheim, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 28, 2021.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret McLeod Gessner.
Nancy had worked for many years as a Nursing Assistant at Fairmount Home and also as a Home Health Aide at Landis Homes Retirement Community. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are three sons, Ricky D. husband of Anne Mahaffey Horton of Annville, J. Blair husband of Janice Koch Horton of New Holland, and Jeffrey A. Horton of Manheim; four grandchildren, Stephanie Blackwell, Sarah McLaren, Kristin and Jonathan Horton and two great grandchildren, Drew and Tucker Blackwell. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Gessner.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Interment in Memory Gardens, Ephrata, PA will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
