Nola Morgan

Nola Morgan, 77, of Southwest Greensburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 24, 2022, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg with her loving family and friends by her side. Born December 18, 1944, in Greensburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marie (Johnston) Morgan. In addition to her parents, Nola was preceded in death by her aunt, Jess Long. Nola was raised in Southwest Greensburg and was a graduate of Greensburg Salem High School. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Westmoreland Hospital for many years where she met her closest friends. She had also worked as a private nanny. She was a fan of Wayne Newton as well as an avid Steelers and Pirates fan. She also loved to play cards with her card club and spend time with her family, many friends, neighbors, and her loving cat, Molly. Nola is survived by her godchildren, James Eicher, William Eicher, Tina Black, and Julie Hood; her god-grandchildren, Alyssa, Aimee, Abigail, and Jace; several cousins; and her special friends, Gloria Long, Kathy Kepple, Joan E. Smith, Janie Eicher, Kim Palmiscno, and Robin Hlebechuk. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 in St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 2538 State Route 119, Crabtree.
