Norma Jean Gallagher

Norma Gallagher, age 93, has gone to be with her Holy Father on March 1, 2024. She dedicated her life to serving him, her family and being a willing servant. Norma was a 1949 graduate of Groveport High School. She spent many years in the secretarial field with the last position being the office manager and insurance agent for the M P Gallagher Insurance Agency, She was on the staff of the Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church as receptionist and after retirement, volunteered in any capacity that was asked of her, to be God's willing disciple. Norma served on committees, missions, staff parish and a trustee and worship committee. Preceded in death by grandsons, Nicholas LaPointe and J. D. LaPointe; son, Keith LaPointe; parents, Walter and Effie Andrews; sisters, Anna Andrews, Marcella Carl, Helen Goldsberry, Della Ruth Andrews, Mary Rager and Ethel Phillips; brothers, Lawrence and Charles Andrews. She is survived by her children, Paulette (Keith) Wagenknecht, Kris (Debbie) LaPointe and Brenda LaPointe; niece, Ronda Rager; grandchildren, Lindsay (Kaycie) Boyer and Derrick (Sarah) Wagenknecht; loyal friends of the Sunday Morning Breakfast Group. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 6th from 11 am until time of her service at 1 pm at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME 587 Main Street in Groveport. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Helping Hand, Shepherd's Place.
