Nye Ranae Clemons was born on April 15, 1971, and passed away on March 14, 2026, at the home of his parents, Truman and Linda Clemons, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Nye will be remembered by all who knew him for the light he brought into every room he entered. His quick wit and outgoing nature made him someone people were naturally drawn to, and his laughter was the kind that was impossible not to join. He had a genuine love for the outdoors and sports, and could often be found enjoying both with the people he cared about most. Nye had a particular passion for cars — whether admiring them, talking about them, or carefully assembling his model car collection, it was a craft he took quiet pride in. Though his passing leaves a profound void, the joy he shared and the memories he created will endure in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. He is survived by his beloved daughters, Imari Clemons and Mariah Clemons; his parents, Truman and Linda Clemons; his brother, Jay Clemons; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and other loving relatives and friends. The Clemons family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of thoughts, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
