Patricia Wright Baker
March 26, 1945 – February 8, 2026 (Age 80)
Patricia “Pat” Wright Baker, 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday February 8th. She was born on March 26, 1945, to the late Palmer Wright and Nellie Miller Wright.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donnie R. Baker; and her siblings, Clark Wright, Alger Wright, Grady Wright, Dunlap Wright, Jerry Wright, Linda Jenkins, Donna Carder, Margret Williams, and her Daughter Crystal Baker.
Mrs. Baker is survived by her children, Billy “Darrell” Black, Jr. (Sissy), Eddie Dwayne Black (Kim), James Palmer Black, Teresa Black Fox (Mike), and Bobby Baker (Susan) all from Rock Hill; her siblings, Betty Porter and Wayne “Hot Rod” Wright; as well as 22 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Pat was the first woman printer at Rock Hill Printing & Finishing Company. She also worked as a hair stylist. In her free time, Pat loved playing bingo.
The Funeral will be held on Friday February 13, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Greene’s Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Rd. Rock Hill, SC 29732. Visitation will be held on Thursday February 12, 2026 from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the same location, with Patrick Roddey officiating. The family is meeting at other times at the home of Mike and Teresa Fox.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to any hospice care organization in memory of Patricia Wright Baker.
