Patricia A. Corna
August 23, 1940 - March 1, 2022 (Age 81)
Patricia A. "Wisha" or "Klem" (Klimkowicz) Corna, 81, of Vandergrift, formerly of Ford City, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in Ross Memory Meadows Personal Care Home in Leechburg, Pa.
Born Aug. 23, 1940, in Ford City, she was the daughter of the late Clement and Katherine (Yantos) Klimkowicz.
"Wisha" grew up in Ford City, and lived in Vandergrift, most of her adult life. She retired from Armstrong County Memorial Hospital as an Operating Room Tech. She loved boating and camping in her younger years, and sewing, quilting and bingo. She was of the Catholic faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant granddaughter; and her sister, Veronica Klimkowicz.
She is survived by her beloved husband, John P. Corna, of Vandergrift; son, Eric (Michelle) Corna, of Leechburg; grandchildren: Laikyn Corna and Delaney Colder Corna; sister, Genevieve (Jack) Ray; brothers: John, Joseph and Gerald (Denise) Klimkowicz; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Last but never least, she leaves behind her Cairn Terrier, Bentley.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3, 2022, from 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. in Mantini Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Sixth Ave., Ford City, Pa.
Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
