Patricia L. Morrow

May 24, 1954 - October 6, 2025 (Age 71)

We will forever celebrate Patricia Louise Morrow, born on May 24, 1954. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Wayman Chapel A.M.E. Church (Alabama) where she served in her early years. She also served many years at Victory Church International (Maryland) before settling in Charlotte, NC unto her transition into eternity at seventy-one years young. After a long and courageous battle with kidney disease, Patricia transitioned peacefully on October 6, 2025, surround by her devoted daughters and prayer. Her final days were filled with faith-filled words and the quiet assurance she was going home to rest in the presence of her Creator.

Patricia leaves to cherish her memory and amazing legacy two daughters Karita Pimentel and Dana Morrow; three sons Clayton Morrow III, Travis Morrow, and Cedric Morrow; a devoted niece Rita Felton (Derk); fourteen grandchildren: Devante (Kayln), Demetria (Rodney), Dominique (Toby), Demia, Nicholas “Nick”, La’Keiya, Demiara, Raine, Makiyah, Devin, Bianca Danarae, Jayce, Noah, and Serea; ten great grandchildren: Tobias (7), Amir (6), Kai (5), Julian (5), Mykell (5), Logan (3), Khyrie (3), Ashia (2), Rumani (1), Arielle (7 mo); where she remains a guiding light.

Patricia also leaves her beloved brothers and sisters to cherish the unbreakable bond of siblings whose love remains a living thread in her story. Her three brothers Herbert (Essie) Martin, AL; Clifford (Debbie) Martin, TX; Gregory Martin, GA; and two sisters Mary Richardson, MI; Carolyn (John) Jones, NC. Onward.

Patricia was preceded in death by her first-born son, Reginald Martin; father and mother, Herbert and Pinkie Martin; two brothers, Louis Martin, Kayser Martin; four sisters: Elizabeth Martin, Leila Morton, Ruby Martin, Lucille Mixon; a special sister: Eula Mae Henderson. In addition, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives, family, and friends cherished in her life.

In Patricia’s daily life, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, project management, studying the bible, and turned herself into a politician who wrote letters to Al Sharpton and Former President Barak Obama expressing various concerns in hope of change. She also formally wrote a church proposal to raise capital in support of the church’s building fund goals. It was well received by the Pastoral Team at Victory Church International (Maryland).

While she is at rest in the presence of the Lord, her earthly temple lay at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227 in The Faith Columbarium Niche; section 202: “In My Father’s House There Are Many Mansions…”

  Memorial services and inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 12:00pm.
