Patricia Reynolds
August 26, 1942 - February 19, 2024 (Age 81)
Patricia Reynolds (Pat), 81 of Midland, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024 in her home.
Pat was born on August 26, 1942 to Elwood and Laura Voncannon in Cabarrus County, NC.
Pat completed high school and then went to work. In 1973, Pat met her husband, Robert and they got married on April 5, 1975.
Pat retired from the Hartford Insurance group in 1994. She then became a church secretary at Evangel Worship Center in Concord, NC.
Pat was a faithful member of her church and a servant of the Lord. She was a wonderful Wife, Mom, Sister, Mawmaw and Friend. Above all, she loved Jesus.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Reynolds of 49 years, her daughter Tammy Helms (Darrell) and granddaughters Ashley Armstrong and Kristen Armstrong, her siblings, Carolyn Austin of Indian Trail NC, Jerry Voncannon (Brenda) of Stanfield, NC, Judy Foley (Danny) Concord, NC, Darrell Voncannon (Louise) of Locust, NC and sister-in-law Geraldine Voncannon of Albemarle NC. Pat was predeceased in death by her mother and father, Evelyn Hooks (sister), Ollie Mae Griffin (sister), and EJ Voncannon (brother).
The family would like to thank Tillery Compassionate Care, formerly Hospice of Stanly County, for the wonderful care that they provided. They would also like to thank Dr. Al Hudson and Dr. Gregory Brouse.
Services will be held at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Locust on February 23, 2024. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:45 pm and the service begins at 2 pm.
