Patricia Rosengrant
April 3, 1955 – September 23, 2026 (Age 71)
Patricia A. Rosengrant, 71, of Throop passed away Wednesday September 23, 2026 surrounded by her family at her son’s home. Her husband of 48 years is Calvin Rosengrant.
Born in Scranton she was the daughter of the late Jerome and Joan Reese Murphy. A graduate of West Scranton High School. Prior to retirement she was employed as seamstress for Cintas.
Also surviving are son Jason and wife Chasaty, Olyphant; 3 grandchildren Orion, Elijah, and Tyler; great-granddaughter Alianna; siblings, Joan Schott and husband John, Gary, and Tracy; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by siblings Daniel Muprhy, Barbara McLain, and Geraldine Zackosky.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 10 am in the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave., Scranton. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst. Family and friends may pay their respects Tuesday from 5-7 pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions in Patricia’s memory may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
