Pauline Williams
November 25, 1936 - September 14, 2021 (Age 84)
Pauline Williams was born on November 25, 1936 at Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Willa Mae Sisco.
Pauline attended the Fifth Avenue High School in Pittsburgh up to the age of seventeen, while pregnant and married the late Winston Moseley. After the birth of her first son, Winston Moseley Jr., she moved to Brooklyn, New York where he had her second son, Steven Paul Moseley. They went on to have another son, Herman Tadd Moseley. Eventually, Pauline remarried her late husband Charles Williams, , gave birth to her daughter Angela Williams Ellis, moved back to Pittsburgh and had her youngest son, Michael Williams.
Soon after, Pauline returned to school to obtain her G.E.D. and began working in the medical field. She worked at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville, Pennsylvania as a PCA in the ER for 15 years. She continued going to school, studying Computers and Type Writing, at CCAC. Pauline had an entrepreneurial spirit which led her to breeding and selling white Maltese puppies. While doing all this, the most meaningful thing she did aside from raising her own children was to raise a multitude of foster children. Pauline became a Certified Child Care Provider and dedicated her life to raising her children. She also enjoyed shopping, traveling, and going to the casino with her twin sister.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Willa Mae Sisco, her twin sister Geraldine Burks, her beloved daughter Angela Ellis, and her cousins Joyce Harris and Jacquet Bazemore.
Pauline received her wings to make her heavenly transition on September 14, 2021 at the age of 84. She peacefully passed away in her home, surrounded by the love of her children and family. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Winston Moseley (Dorcas), Steven Moseley, Herman Moseley, Michael Williams, and Cameron Smith-Williams; daughters Miesha Williams, and Tamika and Temisha Williams; her two brothers, Vincent and Carl Sisco (Karen); and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many foster children as well.
Pauline will be eternally missed for all the love she shared over the many years of her life.
Now may the God of our Salvation keep her in His Bosom for all Eternity, Amen!
