Ray Frank Preslar

Ray Frank Preslar, age 86, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021. Ray was born May 12, 1935 in Anson County North Carolina to Velma R Simpson Preslar and John C Preslar.
Mr. Preslar served in the United States Army and was stationed out of Alaska in 1958. He retired after 35 years of service as an Overnight transportation truck driver. In his spare time Ray enjoyed being outdoors working in his yard.
Ray is survived by brother Robert Preslar and brother Dewey Preslar Sr. Ray was preceded in death by father John C Preslar and mother Velma R Simpson Preslar.
A visitation for Ray will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery.
