Raymond L. Peterman

Raymond “Mr. P” Peterman, 78, of Washington Township passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 in his home.
Born on February 26, 1942 in Warren, Ohio he was the son of the late Roy and Iva (Ulrich) Peterman.
Mr. P. lived in Washington Township since 1965. He retired from Apollo Gas Company in 1995 where he had been employed as a Foreman. Mr. P also drove truck for McCutcheon Enterprises for many years retiring in 2018.
His memberships included Masonic Hall # 617 in Vandergrift, former member of the Elks and Kinloch Social Club.
Mr. P enjoyed riding his Harley, mowing grass and hanging out with his beloved pug, Tiny who passed away on December 19, 2019.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jessica Peterman on February 5, 2020.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Anna (Waltz) Peterman of Washington Township; sons, Eric (Carole) Peterman of Export and Doug (Mel) Peterman of Hyde Park; step sons, Jeremiah Huth of Apollo and Nathan (Cali) Huth of Leechburg; a grandson, Brandon Peterman; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, David (Marilyn) Peterman of Texas and Jim (Glenni) Peterman of Elderton and a sister, Kathy Peterman.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 26th from 4:00-7:00 pm in the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. Additional visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 27th from 10:00 am until the Celebration of Life Tribute at 11:00 am.
Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
