Raymond Luft, 88, of Pottstown, husband of Dorothy E. (Eckenrode) Luft, passed away Wednesday June 6, 2018 at Southeastern Veterans Center in Spring City. Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Arthur Frederick and Anna Mae (Fydik) Luft. Surviving along with his wife is a daughter Leesa Shunk wife of Alan, a son Brad Luft husband of Bernice, and a daughter Anita Luft; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two sisters Mary Benne, and Kathryn Seponski. Visitation will be held Wednesday June 13, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by a memorial service at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 564 Glasgow St., Pottstown, PA 19464 with Rev. John Smolik officiating. Interment will be private. Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Raymond’s memory to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 564 Glasgow St., Pottstown, PA 19464 or to Southeastern Veteran’s Center, 1 Veterans Dr., Spring City, PA 19475.
