Richard A. Cardi
October 16, 1946 - February 2, 2023 (Age 76)
Richard A. Cardi- age 76, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, February 2, 2023. He was born in Columbus. Ohio, graduated from Grandview High School and Franklin University.
He was a lifelong member of St. Christopher's Church. He proudly served in the Ohio Army National Guard for 30 years. He retired from the Franklin County Engineers after 39 years, and was currently working in his 36th year at Saint Francis Desales High School. He was loved by many because of his willingness to always help a friend in need. He enjoyed so much working with young people, especially athletes.
He is survived by his wife Lynda, of 55 years, his sons Patrick and Chris, his daughter in law Genna and granddaughter Kennedy.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Friday, February 10, 2023 at St Matthias Church, 1582 Ferris Rd., Columbus. Father Anthony Davis, Celebrant.
Family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00pm, Thursday at Schoedinger Funeral Home, 5554 Karl Road in Columbus. Interment, Northlawn Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the Catholic Diocese of Columbus.
