Richard George Ireland

Age 70 of North Versailles, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021. Born on December 14, 1950, he was the son of the late Clarence "Bucky" and Jane (Burns) Ireland. Richard served his country with the United States Marine Corps, during the Vietnam War. He then spent his working years, working for Westinghouse and then as a Fireman/ EMT for US Steel. He is survived by his children Eric and Carla Ireland; grandchildren, Jemma, Mariah Jane, and Kiley Ireland, and Alli Anderson, and, Avory O'Reilly; his brother Robert (Nancy) Ireland; sister-in-law Mary Ireland; and his loving dogs, Moe, Baby, Gizmo, and Bentley. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his brother, Regis Ireland. Friends will be received Thursday, October 7, 2021, 2:00-4:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., 118 Shaw Avenue, Turtle Creek (412-823-1950) where a Funeral Service will be October 8, 2021 at 11:00am.
