Richard S. Brantner went home to be with the Lord on April 20, 2025.
Richard was born in Union County in 1958 to Sylvester and Minnie Ruth Brantner. Richard was also preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Brantner and by his sister Barbara Brantner. He enjoyed spending time with his family; especially his grandbabies, and going to church at Forward Church of God.
Those left to cherish Richard’s memory are his sons West Brantner and David (Kasey) Brantner, daughter; Sarah Brantner, grandsons David Brantner II and Heath Brantner, sisters Wanda (Kenneth) Rayley and Sylvia (Don) Ricci, brother-in-law and sister-in-law George (Cindy) Crouch, sister-in-laws Darline Helms and Louise Bennett, nieces Carrie (Danny) Jones, Meghan (Mike) Meadows, Amber (Wesley) Bryan, Amanda(Darrin) Williams, nephews, Travis(Amanda) Bennett, Scott Bennett, Kevin Rayley, Kenny Rayley, Donald Ricci and Michael Ricci.
