Robby Dale Rape, 33, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born June 21, 1991, in Mecklenburg Co, NC, son of Roger Eugene Rape, Sr., and Brenda Worrell Rape.
Robby was an avid Panthers fan. He loved to fish, to hunt, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. Robby was employed with Best Exteriors Builders.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Pauline Smith Rape, Gene Rape, Audrey Elizabeth Worrell, and John Henry Worrell; and sister, Chasity Nicole Rape.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Roger Rape, Jr. (Ashley Hoggard), Ryan Rape, and Crystal Michelle Rape; nephews, Daniel Olive, Jr., and Mason Olive; nieces, Kinsley Helms, and Nevaeh Rape; and several cousins.
Family will receive friends 6-8pm, Friday, September 27, 2024, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052. A funeral service will be held 11am, Saturday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Charlotte, NC.
